Well my Gluten-free journey has gotten to a point that I need to be more proactive about EVERYTHING I eat and drink. I thought about logging it on Facebook, but decided to do it on my little known blog instead.
Just ate at BK in Loudon, TN.
I always get the Bacon King, no bun, add lettuce, tomato, onion, and a small fry (since I found out that they have a separate fryer for fries).
The cook didn’t change his gloves, so we will see if I get a cross contamination reaction.
